About the 2024 Conference
The 2024 International Mountain Studies Conference is canceled. Western North Carolina has been devastated by Hurricane Helene. We do not have the infrastructure to properly host you now, even virtually. We hope to re-group and invite you back to the Appalachian Mountains soon.
